Powell's standard

Colin Powell grew up on Kelly Street in the South Bronx, on a block of Jamaicans, African Americans, and Puerto Ricans. He rose from there to become a four star general, the first Black Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and Secretary of State, and he never stopped believing that leadership means staying close enough to hear the problem.
